History
Family history begins in Los Angeles during the Great Depression and Grand-Pop having some savings to buy a rental property.  The family had no money, Pop was a mechanic and Helen a public health nurse who went to San Fransisco to assist during the 1906 earthquake and fire.   Roots run deep: the concept of sharing and pitching in when possible.

Our property management career begins in Manhattan Beach, CA, 1979.  But the training as a kid dated from 1960s in Hermosa Beach with uncle's hippie rentals and the Cuban Revolution refugee our mom hired to help paint and clean, families she knew from her days as a nurse in Cuba in the early 50s.

Back to the 70s and the start of managing and owning income property made possible by friendly bankers who gave loans based on personal relationships:  I know you, therefore I trust you and will lend you money.

In 80s the family shifted back to Hawaii.  Surfer rentals at Sunset Point.  Windsurfer rentals in Kailua.  Some of the family moved to San Diego and Encinitas and bought land.

1990s and the focus was San Diego and managing rentals in Oceanside, Vista, Encinitas.  And now in the 2020's we are in San Diego : SouthPark, NorthPark, Hillcrest, to Ocean Beach, Point Loma.  We're sailors, surfers, canyon walkers.
