At the core is our fiduciary responsibility to our clients and property owners.
We manage for owners as we do for ourselves and take care of renter needs and property issues.

We specialize in fixing and redesigning homes to enhance the places we reside.

Thorn Street intersects the great canyons of San Diego.
From Olivia Canyon at 47th Street going west to Manzanita Canyon at 4300 Thorn Street, running north of Switzer Canyon at 31 Street, then through Balboa Park to the Spruce Street suspension bridge and Bankers Hill Canyon.

If I had to sit down in a San Diego patio this one is tops. Looks like strawberry pillows.
ROUND HOLES AMONGST SHARP CORNERS
Thorne Street highlights the importance of "living space" and how it benefits us when done right.

Our influences include the usual names: Frank Lloyd Wright, Richard Neutra, Rudolph Schindler,

Christopher Alexander, Eames, Niemeyer, Le Corbusier, Ando, Gehry, Pei, Koolhass, Hadid, Gaudi.

San Diego has its own eclectic list of notables: Irving Gill, Rob Quigley, Lillian Rice, Richard Requa, David Dryden, Robert Platt, Luis Barragan, Louis Kahn.

When we study architecture, form, and spacial influences, we learn the ancient greek principle of Aesthetics, the design of Beauty to enhance our experience in the everyday.

To alliterate: aesthetics enhances everyday experiences enticing evoking even exhausted eggheads.
